Neville Coleman

DIRECTOR + EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Co-Director at Koru Allied Therapies. I support children, teens and adults to build movement confidence, strength and endurance so everyday life, work and sport feel more achievable.

Sessions are tailored to the person: playful, goal-focused activities for kids; evidence-informed, graded exercise and conditioning for adults. I commonly support musculoskeletal rehab, persistent pain, deconditioning, return-to-work/return-to-sport, and general health and fitness.

You’ll get clear goals, steady progress tracking and a simple plan that fits real life. I collaborate with our OTs, your GP and other clinicians to keep care coordinated, and I work in a calm, neuro-affirming way so people feel safe and supported.

If you’re looking for practical, sustainable exercise therapy, I’m here to help.
