THE KORU EXPLORERS
Koru Explorers is a small-group school holiday program designed for children to build confidence, connection, and movement skills in a relaxed, supportive setting.
Run by our Allied Health Assistants and informed by our Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology teams, groups are kept small (up to 4 children) so each child gets the attention and support they need.
Building Gross Motor Skills Activities designed to develop strength, coordination, and confidence moving the body in different ways.
Social Connection A small-group setting that supports children to interact, take turns, and build friendships in a relaxed environment.
Movement Familiarity Exposing children to new ways of moving — building comfort and capability through play-based exploration.
Expert-Informed, AHA-Delivered Sessions are led by our Allied Health Assistants and shaped by guidance from our OT and EP clinicians, so every activity is purposeful and developmentally appropriate.
Ready to join the fun? Koru Explorers welcomes children of all abilities, with groups thoughtfully matched by age and developmental stage where possible. Whatever your child’s needs, our team is here to make sure they feel supported, included, and excited to take part.
