A small-group bike skills program run by our Accredited Exercise Physiologist across the school holidays — for children who want to ride but aren’t quite there yet.
Little Rollers meets your child wherever they’re up to. That might be a first go on a balance bike, the shift off training wheels, or building the confidence and stamina to keep up on a family ride.
We run outdoors at the basketball court directly opposite the clinic in Kiama Downs, in a small group so every child gets eyes on them.
We start on the spot — mounting, dismounting and braking — before moving into riding. Nobody gets pushed past what they’re ready for.
We’re taking expressions of interest now. Dates and times are set once we know who’s coming — register below and we’ll be in touch with the schedule.
